CEO

Tamara commenced her role as CEO in January 2020.

She has spent her entire career in the charity space, and is passionate about addressing gaps in the community and delivering sustainable social change. She has worked with MS Queensland, Hear and Say, and Hummingbird House - where she was a part of the leadership team that built, opened, and operated Queensland’s only children’s hospice.

Tamara is endlessly grateful to the supporters and volunteers who power Suited to Success – and honoured to lead the organisation. She shares “it is my immense privilege to work alongside the passionate and deeply committed Suited to Success team, as we work together to help people in need. Suited to Success might be a small charity – but we are making a big impact!”

jayson

Retail and Operations Coordinator

Jayson joined Suited to Success as our Retail and Operations Coordinator in mid-2020, after spending several years volunteering with the organisation. As a much-valued volunteer, he worked across styling, social enterprise activities, and clothing donations.

Prior to working with Suited to Success, Jayson spent most of his career in the retail space. He is experienced in customer service, retail management, and merchandising.

Jayson is a passionate believer in the work Suited to Success does, as he knows first-hand how it can change a person’s life. Jayson shares “watching the men walk out of the Boutique space with a new confidence in themselves is inspiring - and I know it will help them on their new journeys.”

Jen

Programs Administration Manager

Jen commenced in the role of Programs Administration Manager in October 2020. She initially joined the Suited to Success team as a volunteer in early 2020.

Jen has enjoyed the change of working in the charity space for the last six years, after a long career with the Department of Justice and Attorney-General. She has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of administration in private, government and not-for-profit settings.

Jen is driven by helping to improve the lives of others, social change and contributing to a better and more sustainable world.

EMMA

Community Support Coordinator

Emma joined Suited to Success as our Client Support Coordinator in March 2023, after initially joining the team as a volunteer in 2020. She moved into the role of Community Support Coordinator in September 2023.

With extensive experience in administration, project coordination, and stakeholder relations, Emma is passionate about using her skills and experience to support our clients, and to make a difference in the community.
